Terms of Service

Effective: 22 October 2026
Operator: Deming Li, an individual based in China · zendex717@gmail.com

PDF2WEB 提供浏览器 PDF 阅读与链接分享。请仅上传有权分享的内容;分享链接可被转发。Pro 是自动续费订阅,可在账户页管理。退款规则见独立订阅与退款页面,依法享有的权利不受影响。

1. The service

PDF2WEB lets you open PDFs locally in your browser or upload a PDF to create a browser-readable link. Local reading does not itself upload a file. The maximum supported file size is 50 MiB (50 × 1,024 × 1,024 bytes). We do not provide AI image or video generation.

New Free shares are temporary and expire 12 hours after upload. Uploads and shares are subject to capacity and abuse-prevention limits. Free use does not include long-term cloud storage.

2. Accounts

Use an email address or Google account you control. Email verification can create an account automatically. Protect your login and deletion credentials. Do not impersonate another person or attempt to access another person's account or documents.

3. Pro subscriptions

Pro includes up to 5 GiB of account-managed storage and 100 PDF files during a confirmed paid period, with the same 50 MiB limit per file. Published prices are US$4.99 per month or US$39.99 per year. Annual subscriptions are charged in full each year; there is no free trial. Purchases are available only through an enabled checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Confirm the billing interval, total amount and applicable taxes on checkout before paying. Access activates after server confirmation of payment, not simply because the browser returns from checkout. See the Subscription & Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

4. Your files and sharing

You keep the rights you have in your files. By choosing to upload and share, you authorize PDF2WEB and its infrastructure providers to store, process and deliver the file as needed to provide those functions.

Only upload material that you are authorized to store and disclose. Do not use the service for copyright infringement, unlawful personal-data disclosure, malicious files, fraud or other illegal activity. Report suspected abuse to zendex717@gmail.com with the relevant link and explanation.

Anyone who has an active sharing link can retrieve the PDF and forward or save it. There is no recipient-specific login requirement. Keep separate originals of important files. Deleting or expiring a share cannot remove copies already obtained by recipients.

5. Cancellation, expiry and removal

Use My Account → Manage subscription to reach the payment provider's controls. Confirmed ordinary cancellation stops future renewal and preserves Pro through the last confirmed paid-through date. Signing out or deleting a PDF does not cancel renewal.

After an ordinary paid-period lapse, new uploads follow Free limits. Existing Pro links have a 30-day access grace period from the last confirmed paid-through date and are then paused. A verified full refund, chargeback or payment reversal can pause access earlier. Pausing does not itself delete a file, and Pro objects are not automatically deleted on a fixed post-expiry date. An authenticated owner can still delete their files.

We may restrict a file or account when needed to address abuse, security incidents or legal obligations. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Payment providers and support

Available payment providers are shown at checkout. Creem acts as merchant of record for purchases made through Creem, subject to its Buyer Terms. PayPal purchases are handled under PayPal's applicable payment agreements. The provider on your purchase record is the provider through which you manage the subscription.

For unavailable paid features, duplicate charges, cancellation problems or other questions, contact zendex717@gmail.com with the account email and purchase reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. These terms do not exclude any rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.
